Find two living, mature trees or anchor points approx. 10-15 ft (3-4.5 m) apart that can safely support the hammock and its occupant(s), and that are structurally approved for load bearing of 400+ lbs (181 kg).
Loop straps around trees at least 5 ft (1.5 m) from the ground threading the narrow, multi-loop end through the wide, single-loop strap end.
Attach hammock carabiners to desired adjustment loop on each strap. Make sure each carabiner clicks closed and visually check that the gates are closed before and during use.
Adjust hammock and hammock straps to reach a hanging height of 18 in (45 cm) or less from the ground. Gently lower yourself into the hammock and relax...
