Customer Service Representative           

FULL-TIME POSITION | ASHEVILLE, NC

 

ENO is seeking a hardworking and adaptive new team member to provide in-depth customer service to our consumer and wholesale customers. This position will focus primarily on processing all eCommerce orders, fielding all warranty submissions, and working closely with all ENO departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing while reporting directly to the Customer Service & Sales Team leader.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accurately ship all orders placed through the website daily while minimizing freight costs, maintaining inventory levels, and anticipating product shortages.
    • Assist customers with cancellations, revisions, refunds, and shipping discrepancies.
    • Provide general customer support through webmail submissions and phone calls.
    • Process and receive payments for consumer and wholesale customers.
    • Evaluate and process consumer warranties.
    • Process consumer and wholesale orders from order submission to shipping via small parcel carrier or freight shipments.
    • Work closely with R&D and Marketing team to monitor product issues and communicate common customer issues, questions, complaints.
    • Provide systems support including logistics requests for all ENO teams/departments when necessary.
    • Monitor all scheduled At-Once wholesale orders and work with sales reps/buyers to modify, cancel, or ship orders.
    • Assist with establishing new wholesale customers by setting up accounts, product support, and order submissions.
    • Work with ENO teams to maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while monitoring office supplies.

     JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Ability to answer phone calls and email inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
    • Ability to assist and provide solutions to consumers and wholesale customers.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook with general to advanced computer skills.
    • Aptitude to work in a time-sensitive sales environment while maintaining detailed accuracy and performance standards.
    • Work closely in a team setting to meet order deadlines and provide solutions to customers within a timely manner.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • High emphasis on achieving superior customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with customers while maintaining professional customer service standards.
    • Passion for assisting others.

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience with Shopify and QuickBooks
    • Passion for the outdoors with knowledge of ENO Products

    Warehouse Associate II               

    FULL-TIME POSITION | ASHEVILLE, NC

     

    ENO is seeking a hardworking and adaptive new team member to support our fast-moving brand, fulfilling our evolving warehouse and distribution needs. This critical position will support our existing Warehouse team with various responsibilities associated with outbound fulfillment and material handling. This position works closely with our Supply Chain team while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handling diverse order types seamlessly through Electronic Data Interchange
    • Locating materials, packaging items, and accurately placing orders in the delivery area with efficiency
    • Processing product pull lists and requests to replenish stock
    • Unloading of inbound material for warehouse stocking
    • Follow product put-a-way processes and procedures - counting, labeling, and placing items on designated racks, shelves, or bins in an organized manner to maximize efficiency
    • Examining and inspecting stock items to ensure compliance with ENO product standards
    • Assisting with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory count
    • Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following prescribed safety regulations

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Ability to consistently lift and move objects that weight 50+lbs, on occasion lifting or moving objects weighing 70+lbs
    • Be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift of 8 hours
    • Aptitude to work in a time-sensitive distribution environment while meeting established distribution quotas and performance standards
    • Self-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented setting with limited supervision
    • High emphasis on achieving superior customer satisfaction
    • Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Flexibility/adaptability coupled with strong multi-tasking skills
