Does the DoubleLoft come with hammock straps?
Hammock straps are sold separately, allowing you to customize your setup.
The DoubleLoft Hammock pairs perfectly with ENO Apollo Hammock Straps or Atlas Straps.

Is the DoubleLoft Hammock Chair compatible with ENO hammock stands?
Yes, the ENO DoubleLoft Hammock is compatible with all ENO hammock stands (not including the Parklite Hammock Chair Stand, and SoloPod XL Hammock Stand).
When using with the Parkway Adjustable Hammock Stand, we recommend extending the Parkway base to 8' mode, connecting each Parkway attachment point to the third hole from the top, and moving the DoubleLoft carabiner to the last loop.
If using the ENOpod Hammock Stand, you can only fit one DoubleLoft at a time.
Is the DoubleLoft Hammock Chair compatible with a bug net?
No. The DoubleLoft is too large to fit inside ENO bug nets.
Can I leave the DoubleLoft hanging outside all the time?
No. Store your DoubleLoft Hammock Chair in a cool, dry location out of direct UV light when not in use. Prolonged exposure to the elements leads to degradation of the materials, and will shorten their lifespan.
How many people can sit in the DoubleLoft?
The ENO DoubleLoft Hammock Chair comfortably holds two adults, an adult and a kid, or an adult and a pet, with a maximum weight capacity of 500 lbs.
When used with the ENO Parkway Adjustable Hammock Stand or ENO SoloPod Hammock Stand, it maintains that capacity of 500 lbs. If using our hammock straps, refer to the directions and weight rating of each strap.

Can I hang the DoubleLoft Hammock Chair between trees?
You can hang the DoubleLoft Hammock Chair between trees with our hammock straps. We’d recommend our Apollo Hammock Straps for backyard durability, or our Atlas Hammock Straps for a lighter option. To get the perfect setup, find two healthy, mature trees about 10’- 15’ apart. Place your hammock straps up higher than usual, about 6-7’ from the ground. Clip the carabiners onto the strap, ensuring the wiregate clicks closed. The perfect hanging angle when in use is 30 degrees, and the DoubleLoft should not be higher than 18” from the ground when in use.
You can adjust the hanging angle and height of the DoubleLoft by clipping the carabiner into a different loop on the DoubleLoft and/or on your hammock straps.
Be sure to read and follow all hammock strap and hammock stand instructions and weight limits before use with the DoubleLoft.
