As part of our HangTough® Guarantee, ENO is proud to offer product repairs when possible, and no proof of purchase is necessary. If your product is not repairable, we will evaluate the product for possible replacement. Common repairs include rope replacement, knot re-ties, cord lock replacement, compression strap re-stitching and stuff sack re-stitching. Shipping charges may apply.
