To make a return request, please complete the form below, and our warranty team will be in touch within 2-3 business days. Once your return application is approved, we will issue an RMA number for your return shipment. Please do not send the product back prior to receiving a return authorization.
ENO can only refund products purchased directly through our website. The product must be returned unused and with original packaging within one month of purchase. Returned product, once evaluated, will be refunded for the original purchase amount less shipping costs.
If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, select that option when completing the return form below. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.
Customers are responsible for shipping returned product back to ENO, unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments.
ENO is unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our sale section, or from unauthorized retailers, 3rd party marketplaces (i.e. eBay, Craigslist), and closeout retailers (i.e. Sierra Trading Post, REI Garage Sale).
For product(s) purchased through an authorized retailer, please return to the original store.
