Return for Refund on ENO Gear
To make a return request, please complete the form below, you will receive a response to your request within 3-5 days. Please do not return your product until the return has been approved.
ENO can only refund products purchased directly through our website. The product must be returned unused and with original packaging within one month of purchase. Returned product, once evaluated, will be refunded for the original purchase amount less shipping costs.
If the product is used or missing original packaging, we are only able to proceed with an exchange or store credit.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, select that option when completing the return form below.
You can complete your exchange directly through the form.
If you would like to proceed with store credit, a credit for the amount of your original purchase + 10% will be linked to your customer account upon receipt of your return. This credit will expire after 1 year.
Additional Information
Customers are responsible for shipping returned product back to ENO, unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments.
ENO is unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our sale section, from unauthorized retailers, 3rd party marketplaces (i.e. eBay, Craigslist), or closeout retailers (i.e. Sierra Trading Post, REI Garage Sale).
For product(s) purchased through an authorized retailer, please return to the original store.
