If your ENO product has reached the end of its functional life, please complete the form below and our team will be in touch within 2-3 business days with instructions to return your product(s) to ENO. Be sure to remove your carabiners before sending in any ENO hammock. Please do not send products to our facility prior to receiving a recycling return authorization.

Unsure if it is at the end of its functional life? ENO is proud to offer product repairs when possible. Common repairs include rope replacement, knot re-ties, cord lock replacement, compression strap re-stitching and stuff sack re-stitching. Learn more here.
