ENO Giveaway Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

1. SPONSORS

The Fall Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is hosted jointly by Eagles Nest Outfitters, Inc (ENO), Cotopaxi, Wolverine Worldwide, Inc (Chaco), and Tifosi Optics (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at November 13, 2025 at 12:01am, ET and ends on November 17, 2025 at 11:59pm ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

Submit a valid email address and/or mobile phone number using the entry form.
Agree to receive marketing communications from all participating Sponsors.
Follow all participating brands on Instagram.

By entering, you explicitly consent to receive promotional emails (required) and/or text messages (optional) from each participating brand listed above. You may opt out of communications from any brand at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in their messages. Standard data and messaging rates may apply. Limit 1 entry per person.

One winner will receive a prize package including the items listed above. Total approximate retail value: $800.00. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will take place within 3 days after the Entry Period ends. Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or text message within 7 days following the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may beselected at the Sponsors’ discretion.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. PRIVACY & DATA USE

By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information (email and/or phone number) will be shared with each of the Sponsors and used in accordance with each Sponsor’s respective Privacy Policy for marketing and promotional purposes. 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsors are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising andpromotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out ofparticipation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but notlimited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property.

12. DISPUTES

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. WINNER LIST
